Coloris is designed solely for the creation of artistic photos of individuals’ irises. These photos are intended for artistic and aesthetic purposes only. They are not suitable for identification, medical diagnosis, or any other practical purpose.

**3. Consent and Privacy**

By using our service, you consent to the collection and artistic use of your iris photo. We respect your privacy, and we will not use your iris photos for any purpose beyond the creation of the artistic image. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties. We will keep your iris photo for a month, and after it will be deleted from our system.

**4. Intellectual Property**

All iris photos created using our service are the intellectual property of Coloris. You do not have any rights to reproduce, distribute, or sell these photos without our explicit permission.

**5. Limitation of Liability**

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or quality of the iris photos created. You understand and acknowledge that the photos are for artistic purposes, and we are not responsible for any unintended consequences.

**6. Refund and return policy** Due to the personalized and unique nature of this work, no refunds or returns can be made.

  If the canvas or acrylic order was damaged due to shipping; send us a picture of the damage along with your eye code; and we will replace it. We can accept the claim within 1 day after the shipment has arrived.

**7. Termination**

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the service at our discretion, especially in cases of misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms.
